Welcome to Magil Drop Taxi. These Terms and Service ("Terms") outline the rules and conditions for using our website, mobile application, and cab booking services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of the Service immediately.
Eligibility
To use Magil Drop Taxi services, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid and accurate booking/contact information. The Service should not be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Service Usage
Magil Drop Taxi provides cab booking services based on driver and vehicle availability. We reserve the right to modify, decline, or cancel bookings when required due to safety, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details, be available at the pickup point on time, behave respectfully during the ride, and avoid damaging the vehicle in any way. Additional charges may apply for route changes, long waiting hours, extra stops, or damage/cleaning of the cab interior.
Pricing and Payments
Ride charges depend on distance, travel time, tolls, fuel, and service type. Final charges may vary based on road and traffic situations. Payments can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway, and must be completed at the end of the trip unless prepaid.
Cancellation and Refunds
If a customer cancels the ride after the cab has been dispatched, cancellation charges may be applied. If Magil Drop Taxi cancels a ride for operational reasons, any paid amount will be refunded according to company policy. No refund will be given in case of misuse or fraudulent bookings.
Safety and Liability
Magil Drop Taxi ensures vehicles are well-maintained and assigns trained drivers. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or external events. Customers are responsible for their own belongings during travel, and Magil Drop Taxi is not liable for loss of personal items left inside the cab.
Prohibited Activities
Customers must not harass or threaten drivers, carry illegal or hazardous items, consume alcohol or drugs inside the cab, or provide incorrect booking information. Violating these rules may lead to cancellation of ongoing or future services.

Our Service may include links to websites or services of third parties that are not owned, managed, or operated by Magil Drop Taxi.
Magil Drop Taxi does not have authority over and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, actions, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You also agree and understand that Magil Drop Taxi will not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that may occur or is claimed to have occurred due to the use of, or reliance on, any information, products, or services provided on or through such third-party websites or services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without giving effect to any principles related to conflicts of law.
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms at any time, it shall not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights. In the event that any specific clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections will continue to remain valid and enforceable. These Terms represent the complete and final agreement between Magil Drop Taxi and the user regarding the Service and replace any previous verbal or written agreements related to the Service.
Changes
Magil Drop Taxi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If a major change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the updated Terms come into effect. What qualifies as a significant or material change will be determined entirely by Magil Drop Taxi.
By continuing to access or use our Service after the updated Terms become effective, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue the use of our Service immediately.
